Has anybody got an unwanted set of inner linings for a 4/5 dandy or can anybody point me in the right direction to purchase some....the other half thinks they would look "nice"..me I like the industrial look!!!!

There is a dandy for sale on ebay at the moment that has a roof liner .  Not sure if this is sort of thing you mean but you could ask them they might know where to get them?

Have you tried the factory? Or there's a company that seems to be able to sort out bits for Comways and Pennines. I think it's called TVC or something. Have a search in the message texts or look in some of the awning questions.
