Hi we own a conway cruiser 2006 model, when we pull the beds out we have trouble connecting the centre poles, the when we pack up and push the beds back in sometimes the beds do not go in fully because the centre poles are not down properly, does anyone else have this problem?  jackie

they should not disconnect only extend when up and in when down, you are releasing the t-bar so they slide in? also you should always knock the centre poles at the joints before you even try to push the beds back in.

all the poles, you need to release them from there extended prosition all of them and the t-bar ones as well they must slide into the middle and not off the end, or else you end up with bent t-bars or worst torn canvas or both.

1. release the bed end poles at both ends

2. knock the centre poles etc.

3. de tension the horizontal bars and ensure they click into the de tensioned position and are therefore locked into the de tensioned position. Failure to do this and the tension bars can slide out again whilst pushing the beds down.

4. remember to unclip the canvas from under the beds.

5. push the front bed down first - then the back bed.

Hope this helps
