Hi,  we have a Penine Pathfinder and would like to fit a powrwhhel caravan mover to it as our lane is very narrow and no room to manouevre out of our driveway.

Has anyone fitted one of these before and if so do I just require the standard mover or does it need to be a custom fitted one.  I have been asked to measure chassis depths etc, but have got a bit confused-   pleas help

Thanks for that, I have spoken to Penine and they said its a standard chassis but thought that it might need to be plaaced behind the wheels, but the people at powrwheel didn't seem to know much just kept asking for chasssis depths etc.

I think I will go for the standard one and hope the fitter is more knowledgeable

Now all i need is it to be fitted before I go on holiday.

Have you considered a mover that fits in the jockey wheel socket?

They need far less engineering and are removed for towing.

We did look at some when we had caravans but we dont need one with the Pullman.

I think thats what a powrwheel actually is, as can be seen here.  The powrtouch is the chassis mounted mover.  Can a hitch mounted mover really be worth £600 when you can can get a proper mover like this for £699.

It is the chassis based one that I was looking at, didn't realise they had a lot of different names for each product.
