We have just bought a Jamet kentucky, and only managed to get the bed compartment up at the weekend. We figured out all the awning poles, but couldn't see how to attach them to the main tent to get started, I'm curious about the suggestion of telescopic poles in the main part, do you think this is where I went wrong? And does anyone have any instructions because I'm a bit lost and dissapointed.....

The telescopic poles pull from the 3 main ridge poles on the trailer. Perhaps, yours may have been pushed too far in?

I can send you a pole layout for the awning, but you seem to have already worked that out.

There looked to be white, plastic tubes inside the 3 main ridge poles, so I shall have to try and get them out!
