Hello and welcome. i am assuming that pullman's are similar to stirling's in as much as there should be some plastic covers under the bed mattresses fixed by the window. if so, then by unclipping the bedroom pod and laying these covers over the lot, it will save the beds from getting wet.
the battery should be easy to connect, just clip the clips on the terminals, noting the correct cololur codes or any other indication of positive and negative. the electric cable will then plug into the socket next to the battery, and the cable hangs down into the recess in the bottom of the door. as far as i can recall, our fridge is permanently connected to both electric and gas, its just a matter of turning the right switch to power it.
do the poles you have left over have plastic ends? if so they will be for hanging the curtains in the awning. just thread them on and you will find hanging points near to the top corners of the windows.
should any of this information differ between a Pullman and a Stirling i'm sure that someone will be along with the correct information, and who knows, maybe even a copy of a manual for you.
failing that join the pennine owners club and get on to a meet, there you will find very friendly people to answer all your questions, and show you exactly what goes where.
of course i must add that people on here are very friendly and helpful too
