Been looking for a storage box to put on the "A" frame of my Sunncamp 400se, found one at B&Q, Keter Elite garden storage box £39.99 48x22x25 fixed it to the front of the trailer on the a frame, still room to turn round the corners when manouvering. This will be great to put all the bits & bobs in when travelling, so we still have room in the boot of the car. Looked at one in argos but that was to flimsey, this box is very strong, although i am going to strenghten how the base fits to the side with some nuts-bolts and washers to make it safer when towing.I will let you know how i get on...................................

I'm thinking of doing the same thing.  I'll have to have a look at my local B&Q.

Someone suggested strengthening the base with plywood on another thread. Not a bad idea.

Good idea to strengthen base, i think i will look for some 3/4 exterior plywood that wont split if it gets wet..............because it will.

We've done this. We have put 12mm plywood in the bottom and "struts" across the bottom so that the bolts go through plastic "sandwich" before bolting to the trailer.

We also sealed all the seams with a "like nails" glue. This seems to have made it strong enough to stand up to everything the weather has thrown at it on 4 trips this year.

There are a couple of previous threads about this with good advice that we read before going ahead.

Hope this helps.
