no we use a spirit level fixed onto the table inside and then just pull in up on chocs if needed cheap and easy.
I bought one of those, and even used it once. I'm probably lazy but can't be bothered using it. It's a very good clamp but the levelling bit is not as easy as it should be.
I guess it's basically a good idea if that's what you think you need.

We just do it by eye, and get in and feel if its level enough

I think maybe you miss the point. The purpose of the levelling function is where you have one wheel higher than the other i.e. a slope along the length of the axle. If you have been able to "get in and feel if it's level enough", it's really too late to do anything about it other than get out and move it to a position of less slope, which would involve a hell of a hassle.
You can of course do the fore and aft levelling by eye, or by spirit level, but that's not what this device is for anyway.
The reason I don't tend to use mine is that on the couple of occasions where I had too much slope, I simply dig away the ground underneath the high wheel to bring it down low enough.

I bet that pleases the site owners ,what about hardstandings ?

I had one of these rise and clamps for a caravan some years ago............it was an absolute disaster and I managed to get my money back from the manufacturer, I'm surprised they're still available. I wouldn't go near one and you should follow the advice of the others. I'm going to buy the wheel ramps as they seem much user friendly when encountering a sloping pitch.
For security purposes I've got a Bulldog Titan Wheelclamp and I'm well pleased with that.
When touring on site a hitchlock should be sufficient security for a FC
