I use a string of empty plastic milk bottles tied to the tow bar and the rear bed support just above the number plate and spread the tarp' over them.
This forms a ridge under the tarp' and ensures air circulates under it and water runs off quickly. We do also store the unit in one of our garages once we stop use for winter.
Regarding "sweating". Your camper is an inanimate object and does not have the means to sweat. Provided it is folded and packed when dry it will survive as well in the open as it would under cover. Probably better is air will circulate more.
Dehumidifiers are not needed.
However the transit cover is not sufficient to give weather protection over winter. Various seams and joints, such as the door and lockers are liable to allow the ingress of water and a tarp will keep the sun off and the lower panels clean.
