It's doubtful you'll be able to find a new one or even a second hand one anywhere but Ebay. However, TVS http://www.tentvaletingservices.co.uk/ have all the old Conway stock and it's possible they might have one in a dusty corner.
However TVS do stock a Universal Canopy for older Conway TTs. It will fit both the stub canopy front TT's such as my Camargue, where it just ties on, but also has the eyelet fittings for the flat fronted Conways. I can't find a picture of a Rio that shows me the fittings, but I did see from the specs that the Rio is 420 cm wide and that's the same as a Camargue, so my bet is it will fit. (Better check with TVS though.)
Mine cast me £125 last year, (they seem to be only £95 now!!) and it only comes in one colour combo that I'm aware of...grey with burgundy trim, which just so happens to match the Camargue perfectly...well it would if the main canvas wasn't so faded! We used it throughout a 4 week holiday in France last year and rapidly decided that it was one of the best bits of kit we'd bought in years. It was a wet year and it was great to have somewhere sheltered to sit while still being outside, and it meant we could roll the whole front of the tent up without the rain coming inside. I'd highly recommend you getting one. It's a very well made, sturdy piece of kit.
