Hi, I have just bought a Sunncamp Festiva 12 man tent off ebay, but it came without instruction's. We have just tried to put it up, it was all going well as all the posts are colour coded, but we was wondering how to secure it to the ground as there are no plastic feet cups to rest the tent poles on the ground. Are there supposed to be plstic feet cup's?? also we noticed that in pace of cup holders there are yellow tie thingys on each corner of the tent but the poles slide through them.
Can somebody email me instructions/pics please as i dont have a clue on how to errect this!!
Ive tried searching the net but could'nt find anything.
