I've just bought my first TT and am really pleased. However, I could do with some guidance on the tyres. It does look like the original tyres on still on and the unit is about 10yrs old!!!

On the side of the tyre it says 5.0 10 v47 - does this mean anything to anyone?

I think I will need to replace both tyres and buy a spare wheel - can anyone give me some advice on where & what to buy?

Hi find your self a good tyre fitter (not a big comany) as there are cross plys and hard to come by, my ones cost £25 each  fitted
