We have a new conway countryman, have only used it a couple of times but find the corners are quite sharp when it is folded and it is marking the cover. What is the best way to stop this. We are using small square washing up sponges at the moment.

Just a thought but how about sticking something in each corner of the cover. May be if you have some old leather you can cut up and stick inside or something similar.
