I know you've heard all this before but I felt I had to sing the praises of this wonderful company. We've just got back from our first weekend in our new (S/H) Trigano Cheverny having picked it up from Camperlands on Saturday morning. We were there for over an hour being given a full demo of how to erect the TT and its awning. We were also given loads of great top tips and even a nifty little crook lock thrown in for free when I enquired about them. Having driven to a local site and erected it in full ourselves we were amazed at the quality and condition of the TT. It is literally like brand new. The guy from Camperlands himself said that they've had brand new TT in worse condition than the one we bought. One minor hiccup was that when we pitched it we realised that the advertised ground sheet was missing. No problem we drove back to Camperlands this morning and they simply gave us a new one.

The quality of the unit, the friendly staff, the service and most importantly the time taken to explain everything to us make Camperlands one of the best companies of any kind that we have ever dealt with....if only they were in control of the weather!!!!!

P.S. The unit was nowhere near as difficult to pitch as we'd been led to believe. As it was our first time pitching we really took our time and made sure we didn't make daft mistakes and yet it still took us just under an hour to put up the TT and awning - although I lost my mallet half way through so the total pitching time (after searching everywhere and then going to the shop for a new one) was about 6 hours!!!

P.P.S Aren't TT's great! I'm delighted with how easy it is and just how much stuff you can cram into it. Ours is now storing everything we need for a holiday of any length. We will now be able to just grab some clothes and get away whenever we can - something we could never do in our tent. I used to wonder why anyone would pay a few grand for a TT when a tent is a few hundred. Now I know and I'll never go back!

So glad you're pleased with your tt, I have to agree with you, Camperlands are great. We got our tt from there 5 years ago, it was 9 years old then but looked absolutely brand new. We had an old 1970s Conway before that, which we got second-hand, and we had many happy holidays in it before it eventually got past it's best. Not knowing much about trailer tents generally, we went to Camperlands to give ourselves an idea of what to look for before trawling the second-hand market - we said that whatever we got, and wherever we got it from,  we weren't going to spend more than £500, but we saw this particular one on display at Camperlands, fell in love with it and ended up spending £1500! The very helpful guy we dealt with was called Matthew, and nothing was too much trouble for him - he even threw in £50's worth of accessories for us. And it must have been the best grand-and-a-half we've ever spent, we've had some great times in it and even though it's now 14 years old it still looks good.

We've just recently bought a small caravan to enable us to get away more in the winter months, but we'll still keep, and use, our brilliant tt. I hope you have as many happy holidays in yours as we have had in ours.
