Not sure if it's the same layout but we have a pullman 2004, and we use a standard water bottle and black waste bottle with top and side screw tops both from towsure.
As a long time caravanner I would recommend an Aquaroll and a Wastemaster for your water and waste. carrying large and heavy containers filled with water is no fun, 30litres of water weighs 30kg. The Aquaroll makes transporting the fresh water into childs play and the wastemaster does a similar job for the waste.
Towsure currently have Fiamma Waste and Fresh water containers with handles for £24 each. For travelling they will stack one on top of the other and, having just bought these, I can confirm that they will then fit inside a Pullman for travelling.

Get a cheap set of folding luggage wheels to carry/strap the container to and it will be easier/more fun for everyone. I know I couldn't carry 30l of water far.

i use one for my waste (shopping trolley) cos the Water hog has an handle to push or roll and piece and quite for me whilst the young-uns fill it cos it take a while lol...
30 Kg isnt that much, take a towel to the water point put it on your shoulder, stick the water containter on your shoulder and walk back to your van...... no problem.
------------- everything can be fixed with WD40 and gaffer tape.
If it moves and it shouldnt --Gaffer tape
If it doesnt and it should-- WD40
