Well, we bought our pullman from our Sister, and thought that it would fit through the side of the drive to go in front of the garage, but when we attempted it, it wouldn't go. So it has been stuck on the front of our drive. So we had a dilemma, whether to revamp the front garden so it could go there, leave it where it is (not ideal), or put it in storage.

After a wander over to Camperlands, for a nosey around, we have seen sense, and am now going to sell the pullman, and buy a smaller trailer tent that will fit down the drive and into the garage.

I rather fancy a chantilly - anyone got any advice for me?

I've switched this season from a Chantilly to a Pathfinder - almost a reversal of what you're considering.

When we got the Chantilly, we had to re-model the front garden, but now we've switched we've had to go to storage.

FCs and TTs are totally different animals really. The ease of set-up on our FC is just life-changing when compared to our Chantilly. Ok so the main unit of the Chantilly is a quick job, but if you want the indoor cooking / living bits you're in for a long haul. Because of this we're already using it more, and it's now feasible to do short stays with full facilities.

Personally, I'd keep the Pullman, and use storage if necessary / feasible.

Had our Trigano 575 TC outside for 4 years now. From late October to early March we always cover it with a tarpaulin and wood frame to let it breathe, several large flower pots will do the same job. The tarp only touches the sides of the unit, so the standard cover is not exposed to the elements all winter.  We never remove the canvas, seat covers or mattresses, it has no sign of damp or mould. We do remove all food, sleeping bags and pillows.
