I guess this questions been asked before, but can anyone give me their best ideas as to where to put up an aerial mast fixing for a conway cruiser?

As the sideskirts cover the jockeywheel, then a "jockeywheel" clamp seems out the question. Also, cannot put any bracket onto side of the camper as have a very narrow opening to the side of the house(where camper is stored),so dont need anything on sides.

I have thought about using the base of a whirly-line to put in the ground, but dont know if that would be sufficiant to hold-up the mast and 3 way DIGITAL AERIAL?

Any suggestions please...?

We purchased a mast that mounted on the jockey wheel but I replaced the two short mounting bars with two longer bars which allows the mast to stand vertical at the front, next to the front bed.   We have no under bed skirt at the front of our Sterling so we could do this.  Great picture every time, puchased from towsure.

upside down rotary washing line is the answer for me - not conected to cruiser of course and you will need tie downs to hold antenna in place in strong wind but it is easy to set up, cheap and stable on rough ground

We've never had any problems with it and have just bought a new thin thing with dvd & freeview built in and it also works great on that as well.

Jan P bought one last year and her precise words from another post are "Anyway our telly works just fine we bought a booster that Lisa recommended "
