Hi.  How daft are we!  We bought a brand new Sunncamp 350 SE and put it up recently, but when we put it away we realised we had lost the diagram.  Searched everywhere.  Can anyone e-mail me a copy please.  It was difficult enough with the instructions!

anna218 at btinternet.com

Any help would be much appreciated.

It's not too difficult, I don't think I've a copy of the pole diagram to hand, but I'll have a rumage later.  Just remember to zip the awning on, then put it up on the cabin before you put the poles on.  Then you just need to pull the canvas over the poles when they are in place and peg it down.(the only poles you need to put in after the canvas are the kitchen poles).  Hope this helps, but I would try and email sunncamp just incase I can't find it.

Hello all,

sunncamp have a link on their website; here it is. It covers the 350 and 400 models.

http://www.sunncamp.co.uk/assets/pdfs/instructional/Holiday%20350SE%20&%20400SE%20Instructions.pdf

however, it does not contain the frame diagram. So I don't know why I posted it, really. Sorry.

Charlie

Hi everyone

just noticed andy+jane said to zip the awning on first then put the frame in after, is this because of the hook affair on the frame ? When i have had frame tents in the past it was put the frame together first then pull the canvas over .This weekend is the first time we are putting it up, in North Devon no less!!! .Still ,fueled by Magners  and white wine ...WOT COULD  POSSIBLY GO WRONG!!!!!

Where are you going bluedog??

We put ours up in North Devon last August fuelled by Magners and the  Manchester Derby, AND city won!!!!!  The tent was the best yet  I

It makes it easier if you have zipped your awning on and pulled it back onto bed section whilst you then put up the frame, once frame is in place you can then easily pull awning over (virtually impossible to do it the other way round??!!)

You could always try Sunncamp direct for a copy??

It is easier to zip the awning onto the cabin before you put the frame up.  Trying to do it after is rather time consuming.  The idea being that the cabin is already pegged out, therefore quite stable. Then you just need to pull over the canvas, and peg it out, checking your pole tension as you go.  As said above the only poles you need to worry about after the canvas is on are the kitchen poles, which can't go in until the canvas is in place.  Hope you have fun in Devon, wish it was me!!

We are going to Croyde  (Ruda- Bottom field) on Thursday for 11 nights so fingers crossed for the weather !!,

We too went in August last year and we were packing up on the 2nd day as it was raining so hard, right through the middle of our tent Anyway we obviously didn't and the sun came out in the afternoon and we had 2 solid weeks of sunshine  so I am praying for more of the same please??

It will be our sixth visit, we have 10 year old twin boys and a 15 year old daughter and they love it, great for the surf and football!!  It is our fav site sad really??

Amanda
