went to prestatyn last year on holiday was the most depressing place i have been to ,nothing there .was bored stiff ,rhyll was closed ,doen,t seem to ever open there.llandudno was not much better ,had a day in conwy which was lovely it was the only place we could find which felt like being at the sea side ,could try haven in prestatyn they have a camping area not sure what they allow on site .we stayed there in on of there caravans .
I think most sites around there will accept your TT. Use the campsite search and see what units are accepted. Went to Prestatyn 4 years ago, thought it was ok but very noisy in places.

We stayed in one of the statics at Haven's Presthaven's Sands and we weren't particularlly thrilled either to be honest. Mind you we did only go for a long weekend and didn't venture further than the beach. We'd stayed at the Blue Dolphin in Scarborough before (again in a static) and that's a superb place. Now we're enjoying being self sufficient!
It was stunning and the people really friendly. Depends what you want and if you have children etc but I would recommend this and hope to go back for more than a weekend.
bill 43 ,go on be a bit daring go a little further and try angelsey most campsites accept tt and most are pretty reasonable also the water is a little bluer than rhyl etc where its a dull browny sand colour
all the best andy
