I stuffed the trailer cover of my Cabanon Evasion trailer tent under the trailer while camping for a week.  Some mice moved in and made themselves a neat front door about 2 inches across in the middle of the cover.

What material is best to patch the cover and what glue should I use?

Thanks Phil.

we pinched a bit from a flap that stops the cover wearing out on the corners inside(replacing it with something else) ,the mrs stitched it in place then we sealed it with stormsure inside and out.
we tried duck tape which matched the colour but it falls off after a month or so ,we tried others but they did the same even with careful cleaning of the cover.
mice were responsible for ours too little devils

Thanks for the replies both!

I went to local camping shop and they recommended SeamGrip. I bought a tube of this but haven't tried it yet.  Instructions say  "Holes and tears: Create backing with removable tape.  Fill void and 5mm beyond edge with seamgrip.  Remove tape after cure."

You don't need a patch?!  Does anyone know if this works before I try it?

Phil
