Hi all, recently purchased a pennine pullman camper 2005 model, just spent the day checking and greasing it and noticed that the tyres are rated at 437kg. Is this correct as the camper has a maximum weight of 900kg.

These are the factory fitted tyres and i thought that they should have been rated at 450kg minimum, does anybody have any thoughts.

    If you are sure the tyres are factory fitted, i would ask the Pennine factory site if they can put you right .Does it give you a kerbside weight on the manufactures plate on the "A" frame? The camper is 3 year old , it could have had a new set of tyres since new.

I have had the same problem with my 2000 Pathfinder the Handbook states that the tyres should be rated 83T but this doesn't appear to cover the weight of the unit,

By getting information from a mechanic friend he has told me I need at least 87T rated tyres
