Hi I have a Combi Camp Venezia. Recently I have noticed that one corner of the main unit [at the back behind the kitchen] seems to droop. The extender pole doesn't push the corner out to its full extent and I have had to put a support leg between the kitchen and the top corner to "push" it up and out. The canvas looks distorted too. It means the top of the kitchen unit, when open, is touching the canvas on the awning, which can't be too good.
I believe there are springs in the extender poles [the diagonal/horizontal ones] and I remember that once while putting the unit up it wasn't tightened enough and loosened and dropped. We found a spring and didn't know where it came from. I wondered if perhaps that spring has come out of the extender pole and is the reason why the corner is drooping. The problem seems to be getting a little worse everytime we put up the unit.
Can anyone help please?
