Hi just wondering whether there are any people out there that replaced the original trailer cover? Cover is in perfect condition but we find its just not big enough to cover when weve got our sleeping bags/chairs etc ontop.  We have been thinking of buying a larger (in depth) cover to go over our cabanon stratos trailer tent, to ensure there are no gaps etc where rain can get in.  Worth doing?

Give TVS a call Link hereThey should be able to help you out. I had a cover made for a trailer from them many moons ago and it was great service.. They'll be getting our new Explorer shortly to give it a service before our hols..

I had the same problem, took my cover to local tarp. manufacturer and asked him to make a new one but bigger ie more depth, when i went back to collect he said my cover was in good condition so he just added a 6 inch band around the bottom complete with eyelets and heat welded around charged me £20 and done within a day!!

 ill have a try with that one, on our last trip as usual packing up the rain started so everything was put away in a hurry and the inner tent got dirty and wet from road dirt...
