If you'd asked a couple of weeks ago I'd have got my tape measure out, but we've jsut sold ours. Folded down it is one of the more compact trailer tents length wise - this is mainly because the kitchen unit fits inside the trailer, rather than on the back, and is very easy to lift on and off single handed. You then build the stand for it.
It is very easy to tow, and once up an nice spacious tent.
We only sold ours, because we now have a folding camper.
