Have a Sunncamp 250 and wondering how it should be packed away...

Can it be folded with the main canvas still attached? Of so, in what order do you fold it down?

I have just put it up and have put the canvas back on, after being repaired and it was difficult to fold flat. Eventually, I disconnected a lot of the poles.

Any ideas?

Hi

We pack ours away with the main canvas attatched.  Dont forget to put beds away in order and fold in the side poles (the ones than attach to beds) to their smallest length.  The only pole you need to remove is the apex pole.

Everything should fold flat after that.  I have a set of instructions if you need them.  They are packed away at the mo but can send them to you after next weekend!!

Didn't get the instructions and only have a diagram of where all the poles go when erected (Thanks to UKC!)

When folding, do I fold the beds in first and fold the frame on top? Do I fold the frame down first then put the beds on top?

hi,

You remove pegs, leaving in guy ropes (don't want your canvas to blow about) then fold in your beds can't remember if it's right or left first!!  Then shorten your poles as far as you can,  remove apex pole and fold down frame and canvas ( again can't remember if left or right side first)- you may have to straighten out and flatten canvas to get down properly.  voila tent collapsed!!

I have a 400 and would also like to know if it is possable to get hold of some instruction. We only got ours yesterday and it's our first TT.

I am not sure if the cabin is the same size on a 250 and a 400 though. It would be great if it was possable though.

Thanks Chris
