Hi Cruiserfan
for your fridge to work perfectly you have to make sure your unit is completely level front to back and side to side! we had this problem all last year however this year we have taken more time to level unit and we have had no problms with our fridge at all.
invest in a decent level its worth it for cold beer!!!
