I'm with Jenhug on this - my mother had a mini stroke 8 years ago. She goes off on one' at no notice whatsoever, taking terrible offence at something you may say in just general conversation.
If this gentleman is now having health problems I feel sorry for him and his family, having been privy to it for the last few years myself its no fun for the victims as well as the perpetrator who doesn't even realise she is being like it.
