Hi all,
Had a bit of a nightmare a couple of weeks ago, a HUGE gust of wind caught our TT as we were putting it up and one of the angle branches snapped! (I think that's what its called, not the actual pole but the corner bit at the front where 4 poles come together). We were actually able to continue our weekend as hubby and a very kind nieghbour managed to do a temporary repair (taped).
I've tried emailing tent valeting services and Penine but have had no luck.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks Lorna

Hi redoxoe,
If you look at this photo on ebay (its not my actual tent). Looking at the photo, the piece I need is the corner piece at the front left hand corner.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=16041&item=5113166786&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
It is a 4 way branch like a spider but with only 4 legs; 1 nearly vertical for the support leg, 1 horizontal forwards for the canopy, 1 horizontal backwards for the main tent support and 1 upwards at a slight angle for the roof support. Hope this makes sense, if you happen to have a piece like this let me know.
Hi Marynov do you have their phone number?
Thanks, Lorna

Hi rexadoe,
I've drawn a bit of a diagram in my paint programme but I can't manage to get it in this message.
Anyway there are a few slightly bent poles but I'll try and describe the one that's snapped : looking at the front of the tent from standing outside {fully erected with the 1metre and 2 metre exteniions in place} , it's the front top left hand corner angle piece.
It connects the following 4 poles together .....the upright leg, the small sun canopy stub, the 2metre extension roof support which runs backwards and has a small hook on the other end, the roof support which runs up the front to form the peak.
Hope this makes more sense.
I could arrange to collect any spares, or I'd also be willing to negotiate a price for the whole framework if you no longer need it.
Thanks Lorna
