I wouldn't say I was experienced but I have looked at a few old trailer tents. I do think that they've been honest about the faults and its good to see a photo of it in use too. Is it big enough for your needs? There's no mention of a kitchen - might be worth asking about that. As its local to you perhaps you could ask to view it? It seems to be a fair price,
I would definately ask to view, to check if any TLC needed is within your capabilities, though time is a bit tight. He has decent feedback. Also its one of the quick erect type which is handy. If it stays at £150 its a decent price to pay to see how you get on. If its not what you expected, you wouldnt lose alot, if anything at all.
looks a good buy, our first was a 1984 conway well used and we paid £200 spent about £100 doing up used it 3 times and the sold it very easily for £260 i would go as far as you can afford and then use this site for any info on repairs, they are all quit easy, give it a summer and if you can afford it you will upgrade next year
