Been lurking for a few weeks now and would just like to say what a wonderful, informative site this is.

I have had a couple of TT when the children were younger and loved every trip we had in them as well as all the wonderful memories they gave us.

As the children got older, i thought we should get a bit more comfort and buy a Caravan. What a mistake that was. After an extremly stressful short break to Alton Towers (towing and trying to find the site) we decided caravaning was not for us. We sold the Van and i  decided it was all inclusive hols abroad for us from then on.

Well what can i say....... i had to swallow my pride and admit i was wrong (first time in 28yrs may i add) we also had to admit we have a problem, we are camping addicts. To that effect, we are now the proud owners of a Sunncamp 240s TT and had our first break the weekend before last in Dorset. All i can say is it was bliss and we are hooked again.

I like yourself think that this is a wonderful site, even got my sister using it.

It's like having lots of expert friends on hand to give their opinions on any number of topics.

Have come across a few grumpy members who can seem a bit snippy but they've obviously forgotten what it was like to be inexperienced. I've seen threads being repeated quite a few times but there's always different opinions and different help on each one. The more recent the question, the more up to date the response. 

I find it really handy for finding out great offers on camping equipement. 

New members only add to the site.

Still finding my way around the site but i must say not only is this forum informative but it also highlights the campers sense of humoour. Dare i mention the 'nookie' thread..lol
