I have made up my mind on a Pathfinder now - thanks to everyone on here who gave advice

I am going to buy a sencond-hand one, but what age is best?

What year saw the best layout/standard features?

I understand that the build quality isn't as good on the later models.

I am not worried about gas struts or colour.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

I heard somewhere that the newer models made use of MDF in places rather than plywood - perhaps I was mistaken.

I'm not worried about gas struts as I am only 26 years old and quite strong so should manage without them.

I've got a 2004 Pathfinder, and it's about perfect (for me anyway). A mains only water heater would have been next to useless - I very rarely have hook-up, and I preferred the longer seat.

The mint-green colour is a bit bright, but after many years of faded dark-red Conways almost anything would be an improvement!
