We are thinking of getting a trailer tent & think we like the look of a Raclet Minto or Quickstop. First I emailed Raclet UK (address from the website) but the email was bounced back. Then I tried to phone them (phone number from the website) but that just rang. On about the third attempt, I got a woman who said I had the wrong number: she gave me another number. I called that, only to end up back at the same woman!
The end of the story? We are still thinking of getting a trailer tent, but I guess not from Raclet themselves.
In times when business is tough for most, I would have thought that Companies would be trying to get one's business, not turn it away!
