can anyone suggest which is the best way to remove bird droppings from my new trailer tent, have seen it on here before but cannot find it again.

I usually wait until the deposit is dry and then gently rub the canvas with a soft toothbrush. Usually works. Some people suggest rinsing with clean water afterwards but I don't se ethe need as rain will eventually do the job.

Not too sure about the advice on the Conway site to use Lux flakes? Does soap not affect the proofing in the same way as detergents?
