can anyone suggest which is the best way to remove bird droppings from my new trailer tent, have seen it on here before but cannot find it again.

I usually wait until the deposit is dry and then gently rub the canvas with a soft toothbrush. Usually works. Some people suggest rinsing with clean water afterwards but I don't se ethe need as rain will eventually do the job.

Yes...dry brush off (I keep a child's soft hairbrush for this) and a sponge down with plain water if necessary.

Bird Poop is very corrosive see what it does to car paintwork if left, it eats into the paint so use plenty of water to dilute as best as possible. Pesky birds!!!!

Not too sure about the advice on the Conway site to use Lux flakes? Does soap not affect the proofing in the same way as detergents?
