Hi,

Can anyone please tell me where I can buy a front storage box for a Sunncamp Trailer Tent, I have been looking on the Net but can't seem to find anywhere.

Also does anyone know can you buy an additional awning for any Sunncamp, or does it have to be certains models.

Best Wishes

Dawne

When I was looking I thought the "proper" front boxes were a complete rip off. I bought a truck box from here:
http://www.solentplastics.co.uk/big-boxes-trunks-workboxes/
Scroll down to "Heavy Duty Sealed Plastic Storage Boxes: Value Range"
Box No CABV1000BP, £106.00
Just needed to drill 4 holes on the bottom and bolted it to my Raclet front "A" frame.
It really is excellent, better than any front box I've seen and more secure.

I got a box from Lidle cost me about 20 quid reinforced the bottom with a sheet of ply

You can use any Sunncamp awning as they are all same width but you will have to get the ppoles as well

I brought a box from Argos just a few weeks ago. This is the one:

http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-1428744-10294381?url=http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7202038.htm

It is supposed to be for garden furniture cushions, but with a bit of ply in the bottom for strength and fixing to and a some DIY to attach it to the a frame of my Conway, it was the best £30 I've spent in a while.

Dont be fooled into paying £150-200 for original 'factory fit' boxes when this does the same for loads less. Now I have room for my small gas bottle, my groundsheet, BBQ and other light stuff. Totally waterproof, lockable and very stable when towing. Its worth bearing in mind that the lid is quite flexible, so I actually turned mine around when fitting to reduce the chance of the lid flapping up and breaking when on the road.

Hope this helps
