We've discussed this before on here. Some (most/all?) of the 240v-12v converters struggle with the startup current on a water pump and blow the fuse.
The converters typically have a lighter type socket on them, so you'd have to make up a cable with a lighter plug at one end I guess and either wire it permanently to the water pump switch or run it outside and put a 12S socket on the end.
If your TT has somewhere for a battery it might be easier to get one!
