I would dispute that Floreals have better kitchens!
Raclet make 2 types of kitchen, the Floreal type is the back door, just like most other makes, and the Flores type hangs on the back door, but lifts off. For my money, you don't lose much worktop space, but you get the ability to go away either a) by yourself (you can lift the smaller kitchen with one person), b) using only the cabin for overnight stops (with the bigger kitchen you have to manhandle it inder the beds, and it's always more draughty), and c) without the kitchen if you don't want it (impossible with the bigger one).
I'm afraid Raclet have always been rubbish about instructions; what they have is a general instruction book (I can email you a copy if you want), and a pole diagram. That's it!
The Flores 480R was previously called the Acropolis or Hex, the Parthenon is the square fronted version of same. Other versions with smaller awnings were called Herald , 603, Bermudes, Batik etc. etc. etc.
