Hello and welcome to UKCS Forum. You may be able to get some from a good fabric shop or craft shop but my concern is how are you going to attach it onto the existing canvas without damaging existing canvas further. There may be a glue you can use i'm not to sure. Try to do a search on the net for some canvas, perhaps you could purchase online?. Worth a try.
