Can anyone sugest a flexible adhesive with which to apply a patch to the tt wall. Tore out 3 sides of a rectangle in the rear wall where the guy is attached. Gale on the Dorset coast week before last ! Want to patch inside and out for srength to accomadate the guy rope.........Mick

I used copydex to stick a canvas patch on the roof of my old tt. Its waterproof and flexible, it was strong enough to hold a patch on the roof but with the strain of a guy rope pulling you may be better stitching as well as glueing.

Tks for comments folks, did use duct tape as temp repair but as it takes the guy rope want something a little stronger. Will probably opt for patch ing inside and out then stitching round the patch......Mick
