I am looking to but a trailer tent or folding camper, either new or slightly used.

Can anyone recommend a dealer in the Lincolnshire / Yorkshire area?
Ideally I would like to have a look round some erected trailer tents/ campers so I can choose the right one for me.

I am based in Grimsby.

Hi Andy,

We went to look at Don Valley Sports which is a few miles your side of Doncaster just off the main road towards Bawtry, near Rossington (www.donvalleysports.co.uk).

They have a range of Folding Campers and Trailer Tents on display and they do sell secondhand when they get them but when we went there was only a two year old Pennine Pathfinder that wasn't much cheaper than the new price.

They have them all set up inside and as I remember they had a Pennine Pullman, Conway Cruiser, Conway Countryman and either a Pentium or Crusader with the full awning up.
For Trailer Tents they had a range of Cabanon ones, about 1/2 doz. Just ask and they are more than happy to let you crawl around them.

We didn't buy ours from them, too pricey for our budget, but it did give us a good opportunity to decide which one we wanted.

If you do decide to buy from them they gave us excellent service when we bought our Monty from them last year so I can recommend them.

hi there and welcome to a fellow grimberian don valley should have new stuff erected and sutterton camping and caravanning near boston usually does, the last time i was at sutterton they had a lot of second-hand for sale as well.

I found the best thing for me was to travel around find a camper i liked . Then look on the free ads on this site. Four years ago picked up a great Pennine Pulman unfortunatly it was in north wales and like you i live in Grimsby

Hi i've just bought a nice used conway cruiser for burcroft camping they're situated on billing aquadrome not far from northampton they still have some very nice units for sale take a look on there website.

I'm in North Yorkshire and have a Cabanon Mistral DL trailer tent for sale. It is listed on here under the For Sale forum.
Only been used for 10 nights from new and garage stored.

Looking for around £1200 if you're interested.
