Hello everyone,  I've been reading through the Forums...and I have never known such a friendly, helpful lot of people!    I have a 2 berth and I can't seem to find anyone else who has one.  I need 2 or 3 brackets.   If you have a 2 berth you will know what I mean. They are the ones fitted to the walls which the bathroom sink unit and the adjacent  hanging wardrobe shelf fit into. They have 3 screw holes.   B and Q  don't do them!   Does anyone know where I can get them please?

Yes, it is definitely a Rapido.

I don't have a bunk bed area.  There is (stored on the floor) a compartment which fits onto the back wall next to the cooker, and onto the middle of the side wall. It turns the corner into a bathroom/washroom/toilet/whatever you like.  It has a shelf and a sink unit which fit onto brackets which I need, on to the back wall  (which would be wall 1 if you are erecting). It has a narrow opaque window. There is room for a portapotti too.  The remainder of the area which normally houses the bunk beds has a shelf high up on the wall with curtain hooks. I assume this would be for a wardrobe of sorts with the clothes hidden by a curtain.  I tried to take some pics of the brackets today, but my camera died on me, but will take some soon and send onto you if you give me your email address.

This is all very interesting and I will be the first to admit that I am not an authority on Rapidos but an affectionado.  Have you contacted the Rapido Owner's Group and/or he Original Rapido Owners Group?   There are some very knowledgable members therein.

I would still love to see the pictures when you do them.  You could post them in your gallery (OK limited to three small ones) or send to frankbiggs(at)aol.com.  *replace (at) with normal escargo.    I'll send to some of the other owners for comment.

Frank

I am a Silver Surfer and relatively new to the Internet.  So when I get my camera fully charged and the caravan opened up, it might be easier for me just to send you some pics as I'm not sure how to do it in a Gallery yet!
