I think Ebay is your only chance tbh. But if you wanted to make new ones you can get the hooks from the Pennine-Conway spares department. (Ignore the bit about £15 p&P...they'll send you an invoice with the correct postage before you pay.)
Light dressweight polyster/cotton or pure cotton fabric would be my choice for TT curtains, btw. Proper curtain weight fabric would be too heavy and would crease too much.
