As I said, I fully appreciate why you use them, but I don't make the law and I simply answered (as did others) your initial question regarding the legality of using the mirrors with your trailer tent. If your Trigano is of a similar dimension to our former Cabanon, it's width isn't likely to be wider than the Octavia and this is the criterea on whether mirrors are a legal requirement or not (as per links etc posted by other users).
