I'm not sure how the erka tt works but you definitely shouldnt raise the trailer with the legs. These should just be used to steady the trailer and should not hold any weight, they shouldnt even be used to level the trailer. The only thing i can think of is that the trailer cabin poles perhaps extend up/out like on a conway and they werent out enough.

The weight of a TT should be carried on the axle wheels and jockey wheel(if yoy have one.) Never on the steadies! You'll warp the chassis and bend the steadies if you do that too much, so go and let it down right now.

There are several threads here on leveling TTs and adjusting the awning slope on the forum. (I wrote several of them, lol.) Not got time to write it out again just now but go and use the search button, plus my name, and you should find the most recent. Yes, check you've got the cabin poles extended up a fair bit. If the cabin canvas is dragging it's skirts, you've not got the pioles out fully.

If this is any help this is the thread in which Val helped me
Here , it is for a conway tt but it may be of some use.

Glad to hear the tt seems ok, you may have got yourself a bargain!
