I used Hedley Towbars for my last two, alas not in your area, but I got the name from Yellow Pages. Got the last two for aeround £200 each for a fixed flange type, though they are the cheapest. Towsure do them for the C8 for around £340 including the detachable kit & electrics, by the time you add fitting, I'd think you could beat £500 by a fair bit.
All manufacturers will supply CE marked towbars that have to use existing mounting points so they don't interfere with car warranties. The fitter will give a guarantee of their work. If you need a detachable one, they are more expensive. The firm I used fit them for car dealers as sub contractors. A lot of dealers do this & simply add their cut on top. There shouldn't be any issues with insurance as a towbar is an accessory rather than a modification, but it is wise to tell your insurance company you are getting one fitted. It should not interfere with your premium.
