A clipper awning is 12 by 8 feet, that's 96 square feet.
That's enough to have a kitchen with cooking table on one side, and a table and chairs or just easy chairs on the other. You could always eat up in the trailer. There wouldn't be that much room to play indoors on a wet day unless it was drawing at a table or something.
The kids can of course always sleep in under bed tents, so there is no need to take up room in the awning with beds.
To put it in perspective, a Raclet Jasmine (a typical large TT) has a 14 by 15 foot awning, or 210 square feet - more than twice as much.
Some Trigano TTs have an awning as big as 15 feet by 20 feet, or 300 square feet!
