Hi all

Just a few tips on buying second hand trailer tents and folding campers

Check for fade on canvas, as this means it has had plenty sun which perishes the material, and when a tear appears you will find the fade has weekened the material.

Also check for damp in the trailer, as most are kept outside this is common fault

you can check for damp by smell or pressing the inner and outer panels of the trailer for softness

check the year of the unit, this can be found on the chassis plate, usually the last two digits tells you the year of manufacture

hope these tips will help anybody buying second hand

we are just ticking over nicely at the moment,

the calm before the storm as they say.

Just booked two nights at the NEC Camping show end of Feb in my Motorhome

this show kick starts the season for us

so lets hope its going to be a good one
