Hi Sally, we purchased our Trailer Tent in sept 2004 and then the 240s Awning in sept 2007 the cost was actually £542.50 which included delivery.It fits the whole range of Sunncamp Trailer Tents,There is a recess area for the kitchen unit, but it is not as deep as the 400se area,but the kitchen fits in it, and it has a mesh window the same as the 400se.It does not have a wardrobe/toilet area or the curtains that covers it.but that accounts for the shorter Awning length.We used to put our pota-loo in the same area as the 400se Awning but we screened it with a small windbreak.
