Hi - have just purchased a conway countryman 2009 version with awning.

The new package didn't include the skirts - is it worth us trying to buy some? There are just 2 of us and we would only use awning for longer stays.

Would welcome your views as I guess we would need to be quick if we want to purchase 2009 colour skirts.

We find the skirts invaluable for storage and so far we have always used the awning as well. I think Pennine will continue to have them in stock for some time but it would be worth checking with them. If not, you could probably have some made up by TVS at Bolton.

Make sure you have the zips on there to take them. The one zip is for the awning flaps you need another going right round the bed for the skirts.

We have a Cruiser and use both our skirts...keep all our clothes under one side to keep awning clear. Reccomend using them on long stays.

Skirts are good for storage - Cadac, cover, awning when not in use, spare wheel etc. Certainly worth havng.

The skirts also act superbly well at keeping the camper warmer and draught free, as the cold air and wind are not then directly hitting the underside of the bedboards.

We keep a spare fridge and our drinks in  ours plus any stuff we dont use, wouldnt be with out them
