Having recently got our first trailer tent, and being the sort of person who is completely incapable of leaving a new toy alone I decided that the kitchen could be improved! A bit of rooting around in the garage came up with a couple of stainless steel splashbacks I picked up for pence a couple of years ago. Down the shops the buy some epoxy and I have to say am pretty pleased with the result :

New stainless full size splash back to replace silly little one that was fitted :
I have also covered the small shelf with stainless to match the top.
It is only about 0.5mm thick so it has adds no real weight and it gives you a much better, more hygenic work surface.
I also fitted a tap and footpump I picked up cheap a while back and had in the loft
