Can anyone assist me in my quest to find a place in the West Midlands, Or on the internet, that I can buy genuine spare parts for the above mentioned. Main dealers don't seem to have a clue what to order. If anyone knows how to get hold of a genuine trigano spares catalogue, Please let me know. These campers are great and the canvas is second to none, but it seems to be a nightmare to get spares for them.

Thanks in advance for anyone's help with this...

Hi Paul

Which parts are you looking for? Some of the parts are common to Raclet models as well as Trigano. I found the most helpful dealer for parts and advice was OBI in Cowbridge, you can find their website fairly easily but it doesn't give any advice on spares so just ring Ian and Sarah and they will be able to help. They are quite happy to post parts and they are really nice people to deal with, tell them the "Carpark family" sent you.

Hi Paul

Black Country Caravans near Brierly Hill are the local Trigano dealers. They can put you in touch with the UK rep if they cant get you parts.

Thanks Rob and Tina, and Lloyd67 for your assistance with this one. I will give them a go. The parts that I require are:

The brass gas fittings and flex' hose that connect to the copper pipe from the cooker and the carbon fibre struts that hold the vents open on the side windows of the main camper.

Rob and Tina, are you the nice folks that I met when I came to see your trigano (triggy) for sale Last year? (I came up with my Son on the friday night before his birthday).

Ian and Sarah should be able to help with those bits. It might be worth joining the owners group as well:

The group is great for getting advice and swapping information, and it's free!

Yes Paul that was me, hope you are all well and looking forward to a great summer. Unfortunately I won't be camping this year but I'll be staying in a caravan for a week in the summer so that's about as close as I'm going to get to being under canvas.

Rob and Tina, I will look at the owners club and join. I was "down" after losing the chance to buy your Triggy, But a few more weeks later I found the one  as shown on my  page which was in as brilliant condition as yours, which I never thought I would get. It had only been used 6 times and the awning was still as new.

If possible (if anyone can help again), as I am here again, are they normal car tyres that are on the 415DL when sold new. i.e. 135/80r13 70T ? or are they light commercial tyres that should be used?

I think this is too late, but check tyres carefully, Trigano fit any old rubbish! My Rubis had tyres fitted from new that were rated at 4 psi LESS than the handbook inflation pressures!

I fitted new van re-inforced tyres.

Hi there,

I am glad of any advice at any time, so thanks for contacting me. I have found out that the tyres are: 135/80R X 13 70T RATED. Apparently, they are just a normal car tyre. I contacted Trigano about this issue, but they wasn't very helpful. All they did say was not to put a wider tyre on there e.g. 145 or 155 as they could foul on the wheel arches when travelling, but they did not tell me what the tyre sizes were supposed to be. I actually found the information on a brand new model at Black Country Caravans in Netherton, Dudley.

Regards to all.
