Unfortunately not. Used to be a place just outside Dunfermline (Outriggers) that often had 2nd hand Folding Campers etc but (I think) is now out of business...
There are Caravan dealers (Knowepark) for bits and bobs but I think its the Interwebby or a trip down south if you want more.
First post but anyway, We travelled down to Manchester, stayed overnight in travel lodge and visited both Camperlands and Casey Outdoors at Chester they are only 40 miles apart. There might one or two others around that area, but if travelling all that distance then its worth trying to fit in as many as is practicle.
We travelled from Tyneside down to Catterick Caravans when we were looking to buy our Crusader. We were ignored so subsequently took our money elsewhere.
In the end we travelled down to Chester and got a great deal from Caseys. Lovely people who gave us lots of help and advice. They have a large display too so there is plenty of choice. We felt it was well worth the long journey and we saved over £2k by going for the 2009 model package compared to the 2010 and then having to buy the awning skirts etc separately.

There's a Yeoman's opening near Tillicoultry - not sure if they do trailer tent thingies!
Open now at Sterling Mills. It is only an outlet store.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
We have a yeomans by us, I think its rubbish, not trailer tents or folding campers, just tents.
Caseys and Camperlands are the best places, we have brought from both of them.
Feel sorry for you traveling all that distance from Scotland, my OH moans and we live in the midlands, close to everything, or maybe its just because he knows its going to cost him?!
Thanks guys for all your help. Isn't it crasy that there are none north of the border! An untapped market. I'll just have to persuade the family to made a break of it as no matter how much I research online it's impossible to really know till you see something in the flesh.
Do most people buy from a dealer first time or private deals?
Its up to you if you buy private or dealer, the dealers is good to view all the different models when you are doing your research.
If you know exactly what you want then you can get a good deal buying private. I usually buy from the dealer then see the same thing cheaper in a private ad the day after! lol
